Warrant, Pennsylvania State Archives, Division of Land Records, Harrisburg, Pennsylvania - Number 106, Berks County. ENOCH WEAVER of Berks Co., Pennsylvania, hath requested to take up 200 acres of land joining Conrad Menigh, John Swartzhoaf & Jacob Chamberlain in Pine Grove Twp., Berks Co., Pennsylvania, for which he agrees to pay, within 6 months from the date hereof, at the rate of 5 pounds for every hundred acres and yearly quit-rent of 1 penny for every acre thereof, with interest & quit-rent to commence from 6 months after date hereof. Authorize & require you to survey unto Enoch Weaver, according to the method of townships, the said quantitiy of 200 acres & make return to the Secretary's Office in order for confirmation, for which this shall be your Warrant. Which Warrant & Survey, in case Enoch Weaver fulfil above agreement within 6 months from the date hereof, shall be valid, otherwise void.

ENOCH WEAVER hath requested to take up 125 acres of land adjoining other land of said Weaver, Albrecht Fessler, John Shaffer & Martin Bataecher in Pine Grove Twp., Berks Co., Pennsylvania, for which he agrees to pay immediately at the rate of 10 pounds for every hundred acres with interest to commence from the date hereof. Authorize & require you to survey unto Enoch Weaver, according to the method of townships, the said quantitiy of acres & make return into the Secretary's Office in order for confirmation, for which this shall be your Warrant. Which Warrant & Survey, in case Enoch Weaver fulfil above agreement within 6 months from the date hereof, shall be valid, otherwise void.
